Wellbeing Mentorship

Top tips for lockdown parenting

Parenting is almost never easy, and since the start of the pandemic, many working parents have found it even more challenging to juggle home schooling, work and family fun with other commitments.

But don't worry! Help is at hand.

Try some of these resources if you are looking for inspiration and fresh ideas - or just to remind you that you're not alone in finding things difficult, and that you're probably already doing many of the right things.

Don't forget that you can always chat to your line manager, mental health first aider, THRIVE team member or human resources if you want more specific help.  Following our HUB Health and Wellbeing space can also provide you with many resources including an Enterprise employee portal. This is provided through our partners, Parental Choice and Your Employee Wellbeing.

As a company, we recognise that the pandemic has placed enormous pressure on our employees and we are very proud of how everyone has responded and taken up the challenge of continuing to serve customers through these difficult times.

Please reach out to someone and ask for help! We're one big team, and that means we all need to look out for one another.

STOP PRESS! If your child dreams of flying to the moon, check out this exclusive Q&A with astronaut Tim Peake on Thursday 21st January provided by Future Talent Group in partnership with Barclays.
