Times Top 50

For the 14th year in a row, Enterprise has been named on the Times Top 50 Employers for Women This extraordinary achievement is this year underscored by a focus on the recruitment of BAME females driven through activities on campus, online and through Enterprise’s recruitment partners.
Enterprise participated in a celebratory reception in Canary Wharf. Attended by approximately 120 people, the event enabled delegates from the 50 organisations to network with fellow Times Top 50 organisations, hear about best practice in tackling gender inequality and behaviour change within the organisation.
Enterprise EU 99 HR intern Janique Bullen participated in a panel discussion alongside Dame Helena Morrissey DBE (Chair), Emma Codd (Deloitte), Dame Vivian Hunt DBE (McKinsey) and Eduardo Ustaran (Hogan Lovells).
Dame Helena Morrissey introduced the session and asked questions to the panellists on the topic of organisational culture.
Janique spoke of her experience as a woman working at Enterprise and how the company’s commitment to gender equality has impacted her career.
The discussion focused on a number of key questions, and in particular, from the employee perspective:
- How are organisations ensuring that they are a positive environment for women to thrive?
- How are employees personally benefitting from a diverse and inclusive work culture?
- Are the aspirations of millennials are changing?
- How are employees using the Times Top 50 Employers for Women listing to find their employer of choice?
