Do you have a role model? Caroline Cuthbertson explains how Emma Grant inspires her.
“Ever since I met her on my university campus I wanted to be a part of Emma Grant’s department. When a job came up in talent acquisition I just knew it was the one for me.
“Prior to Enterprise, I had the misconception that a manager looks down on you and doesn’t take an interest in your career or life. This is far form the case with Emma. Emma drives me to use creative flair in her department and gives me full autonomy to bring new fresh ideas to the table. Even if some of them may not be viable she always tells me to ‘keep them coming’. I respect Emma for being able to hold together an amazing family and still have an extremely successful career, it makes me determined to do exactly the same.
