Hesty Carroll – Head of Account Management South

What I love most about my current role: My team! We are working in challenging times but the team is driven, dedicated and full of positive energy which makes my job so rewarding.

My career advice: Always believe that you are capable and do things outside of your comfort zone as this is essential for personal growth.

A fun fact about me: I was born in Tasmania and travelled the world at the age of two.

Jane Williams – National Account Manager

What I love most about my current role: I love being able to see a project through from start to finish. I get a lot of satisfaction seeing the end result having taken all the steps along the way. I also love being a customer business partner, building good, strong, lasting relationships.

My career advice: Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone - yes, it’s a cliché but one I stand by, and it has always worked well for me both personally and professionally.

A fun fact about me: I’m half Wigan half Costa Rican (one of a kind you might say).

Sarah Williams – National Account Manager

What I love most about my current role: 100% the variety, especially now we are able to travel again for real meetings! The mix of strategy, projects and day to day challenges keeps me engaged.

My career advice: Always remember that you can do hard things. I read this quote recently and loved it:“Discipline is remembering what you want most, not what you want now." Set yourself goals and stick to them.

A fun fact about me: I start every day on my Peloton.

Gemma Thornton - National Account Manager 

What I love most about my current role: No two days are ever the same.

My career advice: Treat everyone you meet or deal with with the same respect you’d wish to be treated by. You never know when you might need a helping hand (plus your personal brand will get you so far).

A fun fact about me: I was Britain’s number one judo hopeful for the 2012 Olympic games.

Arianna Barry - National Account Manager 

What I love most about my current role: Working with some of Flex E Rent’s largest customers and helping to improve the relationships between our operations team and the customer.

Nina Pinard - National Account Manager

What I love most about my current role: I love my current role because I enjoy helping customers daily and I work with a wonderful team.

My career advice: Always listen to your elders at work, you’ll be amazed how much you learn from them, and if you ever make a mistake own up to it.

A fun fact about me: I’m very clumsy and always tripping up!

Sharon Baird - National Account Manager 

What I love most about my current role: I'm new to the role and loving the time building new relationships with customers.

My career advice: Do your research, have confidence and always deliver what you commit to.

A fun fact about me: I was born with a dislocated hip and now have one leg longer than the other. The surgeon advised me to break a leg and he could fix it!
